Sweet Pecan Farms includes the barn and a two bedroom cabin.
The barn is divided into three main areas. The first area has a stage for the ceremony along with seating for 250 people. (Chairs from the ceremony can be broken down to provide additional area for a dance floor or reception seating).
The middle portion of the barn is where the reception and dance are held. This area can accommodate up to 300 people with tables and chairs.
The third section of the barn is where the groom's room, guest bathrooms, bar area, serving line, and table and chair storage are located. There is a separate entrance for caterer's on this side to provide them with easier access to the kitchen.
The two bedroom log house sleeps up to 7 and is available to the bride, groom, their immediate family, and the wedding party. The log house includes a kitchen and dining area, living room, two bathrooms, and an area for hair and make-up to be prepared.
The property sits on the south lake of Water's Edge and has a separate entrance. The outdoor space can be used for pictures. There is a designated area for an outdoor ceremony. The reception may only take place inside the barn.
