The venue is absolutely beautiful! It’s matches our vibe perfectly and we love that we can have everything in one place! Getting to rent the cabins is also a huge perk so our wedding party can all get ready together and stay together the night before! 

Relationship History: 

We met in high school and have been together almost 6 years!

Best Wedding Planning Experience: 

Honestly it has all been such a fun experience! Our families coming together to help make this such a memorable moment is what has been our favorite part!

Why did you decide to get married at Sweet Pecan Farms?

We loved the venue. It is so beautiful and elegant! We fell in love with the inside and outside! 

Relationship History: 

We met through friends and started talking in May of 2021, starting dating in July 2021, and got engaged in April of 2023!

Why did you decide to get married at Sweet Pecan Farms?

We loved the venue. It’s so elegant and beautiful. We fell in love with the inside and the outside of this venue. The inside barely needs any decorating, the gorgeous chandeliers add so much elegancy.

Relationship History:

Cole and I met in undergrad at UMSL in 2019. We got engaged July 16, 2023!

Why did you decide to get married at Sweet Pecan Farms?

We chose Sweet Pecan Farms because it is simply beautiful! The inside of the barn is stunning with all the wood and chandeliers. Also, the property is so pretty in the springtime with all the trees, the water, and everything being so green and bright! We just felt like Sweet Pecan Farms was perfect for us!

Relationship History:

We met in high school during December of 2015 at a basketball game. From high school Prom and Homecoming dances, to all the college experiences, and then starting “adult life”, it has been so fun watching each other grow into the best version of ourselves. We then got engaged on February 18, 2023 and have recently moved to Ohio where we will be starting our life together as husband and wife!

Best Wedding Planning Experience:

Amy has been extremely helpful during the whole process of selecting this venue and planning for our big day! With all the questions we have thrown at her, she has had an answer for everything!

Why did you decide to get married at Sweet Pecan Farms?

The grounds are beautiful and full of life and we love the wood paneling inside the barn! Also, the 3 day weekend rental is a great deal and 100% worth it if you don’t want to be scrambling to set up the day of.

Relationship History:

We have been together for 2 years. In December of 2021 I was nervous and offered Brandon a high five after the first date. 9 months later Brandon popped the question!

Best Wedding Planning Experience:

Seeing the vision finally start to come together as the date gets closer and getting a clear picture of how perfect it’s going to look like when we say “I do”.

Beautiful place, hosts were very welcoming & made us feel comfortable. Great pricing for Friday-Sunday too!

Nick & I met in high school and were great friends but rekindled our friendship at the end of 2021.

Picking out my dress and getting that stomach drop feeling & can’t stop smiling while my sister in law & Nick’s mom got goosebumps.
